Design and fabrication

The 1500 mm long mixing shaft posed a challenge due to its length, requiring vibration minimization. To address this, we chose high-quality bearings that could withstand both radial and axial forces, ensuring smooth operation even under challenging conditions. With a rotational speed of 1400 rpm, a smooth power transfer system was essential. We designed a robust system to prevent shocks and ensure consistent mixing performance, even during high-speed operations. This engineering solution guarantees reliable and efficient operation for demanding production environments. The result is a reliable and durable column mixer capable of providing consistent mixing performance.
